Kornerstone Signs and Graphics first opened its doors for business in October of 2004. Heidi and Andy Korn, sister and brother, realized after much research, that the level of service in the sign industry was far below levels of other service-oriented industries. Long response times if any response at all, misspellings, and missed deadlines were some of the glaring deficiencies they noticed in their year-long research. After finding 2,000 sq.ft. of light industrial space in Buffalo Grove, they went to work with the goal of out-servicing the competition.

“Most sign companies do the same thing. We use the same substrates, the same colors, even the same computer pricing program. Two things set us apart from other sign businesses, our imagination and our high level of service”, says Andy.
